Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To maintain a healthy, clean, neat, and professional appearance across three USDA-NRCS office buildings (Apartments 22, 23, and 24) located at 2200 Ave Pedro Albizu Campo, Mayaguez, PR.

• Provide janitorial services including sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas, and cleaning windows and exterior entrances.
