• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
• Contract Period: Base year of 12 months, with up to four (4) option years.
• Tax Exemption: The U.S. Embassy is exempt from sales tax (VAT), which will be furnished to the contractor upon award.

• Joint Ventures: Joint Venture partners performing the work agree to the "Authorization and Performance" clause.

• Software Management: The contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining any necessary CAFM or CMMS software.
• Staffing: The approximate number of bathrooms is 110 and kitchens is 15. Duties are to be performed daily during normal Embassy operating hours (0730 – 1630 hrs).
