  • Evaluation: Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Evaluation factors include Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance. Only the lowest-priced offer will initially be evaluated for technical acceptability.
  • Personnel Requirements: All janitorial staff must obtain a Linc Pass clearance (including fingerprints), complete safety training, and adhere to a specific dress code (closed-toe shoes, long pants, short-sleeved shirts) for lab areas. Non-hazardous trash only. Yearly floor stripping/waxing can be scheduled after hours.
