Scope of Work

- Regularly Scheduled Cleaning: Basic cleaning three days per week, covering tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, mopping, and cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and glass surfaces.
- Monthly Services: Spot cleaning upholstered furniture, cleaning water fountains, and sorting recycling materials.
- Annual Services: Thorough cleaning of shower stalls, floor cleaning and waxing, exterior and interior glass cleaning, sweeping the boat barn, and shampooing carpets.
- Special Event Cleaning: As needed.
- Emergency/Unscheduled Cleaning: Available on an hourly rate basis. Services are to be performed during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays). Submission & Evaluation
