Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Basic Cleaning (3 days/week): Includes sweeping/dust mopping (lobby, loading zones, sidewalks, entrances, all flooring types), vacuuming carpets/rugs, emptying trash/recycling, dusting/cleaning furniture, partitions, walls, ceilings, doors, and hardware, wet mopping floors, cleaning kitchens/break rooms, cleaning restrooms (fixtures, mirrors, drains, walls, trash containers), restocking restroom supplies, and cleaning lobby glass.

• Monthly Cleaning: Spot cleaning upholstered furniture and cleaning/sanitizing/polishing drinking fountains.

• Annual Cleaning: Cleaning shower stalls, scrubbing and waxing floors, cleaning exterior and interior glass (excluding clerestory windows), sweeping the boat barn floor, and shampooing carpets.

• Special Event Cleaning: May be required for events with over 50 participants or other non-routine needs.

• Services to be performed during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays).

• A schedule of services will be developed and coordinated within 10 days of the contract start.
