The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking janitorial services needed to accommodate and maintain a safe FEMA workspace environment for staff of Building C-54.

Site Visits: Site visits will be held December 8th, 2025, and December 10th, 2025, 11 AM EST. Location will be NWSE Earle, 201 Route 34 S, Building C54, Colts Neck NJ. Attendees will need to fill out NAVSEC5512 form to enter the base. Attendees must be a US Citizen, English speaking, have Real ID, and clean background check.
