Evaluation

A significant update via Amendment 0001 introduces a new sub-factor for Technical Capability:

• Site Visit: Offerors must state whether they visited the janitorial service work sites, the date(s) of any visits, and whom they coordinated with. Preference will be given to offerors who visited the work site.

Additional Notes

• Required License: Any entity recruiting, soliciting, supplying, or employing workers for janitorial services must possess a valid Property Services Contractor License from the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries (BOLI). The annual license fee is $350.00. Instructions for application are available on the BOLI website. Bidders must include proof of this license with their quotation.
