This solicitation is for janitorial services required by the Saguache Ranger District on the Rio Grande National Forest in Saguache, Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, transportation, permits, insurance, and supplies necessary to perform these services.

• Janitorial services for the Saguache Ranger District office building (totaling 3,549 sq ft).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide janitorial services for the Saguache Ranger District, located at 46525 State Highway 114, Saguache, CO 81149.

• Maintain the main office and associated bathrooms (4), break area, employee offices, rodent control, wellness room, and shop bathrooms in a clean and acceptable condition.

• Services include dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, cleaning break areas, and spot cleaning.

• Specific tasks vary in frequency: one to two times per week, weekly, monthly, semi-annually, and as needed.

• Special services include carpet cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, and interior/exterior window washing (twice annually).

• As-needed services include rodent and insect extermination.

• Services must be performed after normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday), unless otherwise specified.

• Cleaning supplies must be environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and non-toxic.
