OFF-SEASON SERVICES (See Schedule of Items)
The following services shall be performed 2 times a week during the off-season months of October through April on Tuesday or Wednesday, and Saturday or Sunday.
Empty all outside trash receptacles in the outdoor public information plaza and restroom wastebaskets. Collect all wastepaper and trash and place in garbage dumpsters located next to the pole barn behind the gate.
Wet mop or scrub toilet room floors. Wash all toilet fixtures and disinfect with warm water and soap. Disinfect urinals and water closets.
Clean toilet paper, paper towel and other dispensers. Clean all sinks, fixtures, toilet room walls and stalls with cleaners appropriate for the type of surface being cleaned.
Fill toilet paper, toilet seat covers, paper towel and hand soap dispensers in restrooms.
Remove finger marks and smudges from walls, woodwork and glass surfaces including inside surfaces of windows and doors.
PEAK-SEASON SERVICES (See Schedule of Items)
The following services shall be performed 5 times a week during the peak-season months of May through
September on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Empty all outside trash and recycling receptacles in the outdoor public information plaza and restroom
wastebaskets. Empty cigarette ashtrays of butts and trash.
Collect all wastepaper and trash and place in garbage dumpsters located behind the compound gate.
Wet mop toilet room floors. Use scrub brush as needed to remove embedded dirt.
Squeegee floors dry. Sweep out all debris. Wash all toilet fixtures and disinfect with warm water and soap. Disinfect urinals and water closets.
Clean toilet paper, paper towel and other dispensers. Clean all sinks, fixtures, toilet room walls and stalls with cleaners appropriate for the type of surface being cleaned.
