Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services for all designated spaces, including halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, lobbies, storage areas, and stairways. Services encompass daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, damp mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning. This also includes thorough restroom cleaning, refilling supplies, emptying waste, and cleaning windows and glass. The contractor must furnish all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel. Services are required Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding local and U.S. holidays, at Building 1 (1st and 2nd Floors), Building 2 (Guard Booth), and Building 3 (Annex) of the Consulate.
