Scope of Work

Amendment 2 removes the requirement for buffing, stripping, and waxing floors. Amendment 1 specifies that services 2-17 for Building 38 must be performed five (5) days per week. The Government will provide electricity, water, and certain toiletry and cleaning supplies. Bidders are responsible for conducting a site visit to determine the full scope of services.

Submission & Evaluation

Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation, considering Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance. Offers must remain firm for 90 calendar days.
Additional Notes
Contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens or properly documented, subject to fingerprint and background checks. The awarded contractor must provide proof of bonding and liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) and establish a quality control program. Compliance with biobased products requirements and Service Contract Labor Standards (Wage Determination 2015-5171 Rev 28) is mandatory.
