• Contractor must use environmentally friendly products and EPA-registered disinfectants.

• Safety requirements include compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards, preparation of an Accident Prevention Plan, and Activity Hazard Analysis.

• Personnel must have appropriate identification and may be subject to background checks.

• Contract period of performance: Base year ends 30 APR 2027, with two (2) one-year option years.

• Option Year 1: 01 MAY 2027 - 30 APR 2028

• Option Year 2: 01 MAY 2028 - 30 APR 2029

• Pre-work conference required within 14 days of contract award.

• Submittals for safety and products due within 28 days of contract award.
