Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services for facilities within the Table Rock Lake Project area. This includes the Table Rock Lake Project Office, Dewey Short Visitors Center, Project Office and Visitors Center Grounds, and the Lakeshore Trail Restroom. Services encompass trash removal, floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, deep cleaning, polishing), dusting, restroom and kitchen cleaning, office cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. The contractor must also develop and maintain an effective quality control program, comply with applicable safety requirements (EM 385-1-1) and OSHA standards, and provide a dedicated contract manager.
