Eligibility & Requirements
This acquisition is restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan, in accordance with DFARS provision 252.225-7042. DFARS provision 252.225-7035, Buy American--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, Alternate I, applies, giving preference to U.S.-made and qualifying country end products. Quoters must be familiar with FAR 52.209-6 regarding debarred contractors.
