Eligibility & Restrictions
This action is restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN (DFARS 252.225-7042). The acquisition is also subject to the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program (DFARS 252.225-7000, 252.225-7001), which gives preference to domestic and qualifying country end products during evaluation.
