• Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The government reserves the right to award to a Substantial Performance Confidence Rated offeror, and to award to other than the lowest priced offeror.

• A Pre-Proposal Site Visit will NOT be scheduled.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform railroad repair and maintenance work on the North Side Main railroad line located on Joint Base Charleston – Weapons Station, Goose Creek, South Carolina.

• CLIN 001: Repair and maintenance of approximately 4,350 linear feet of railroad track, including a linear switch line, from the Pomflant access road crossing to Switch NS-3.

• Specific Tasks Include:

  • Repairing tracks as defined in the attached map.
  • Performing Right of Way (ROW) maintenance, including tree/brush trimming and herbicide application, to a minimum width of 15 feet from the centerline (30 feet total width) and a height of 20 feet.
