The contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform comprehensive maintenance on the Giant Voice system. Key requirements include:

- Tasks involve cleaning, verifying operation of internal/external components, checking cards, fans, filters, cables, connectors, defragmenting hard drives, cleaning batteries and solar panels, and performing maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
- Repair or replacement of components such as batteries, siren drivers, amplifiers, power supplies, solar panels, computers, and microphones as needed.
- Inspection of speaker arrays, siren control enclosures, battery connections, system fuses, and connectors.
- Maintaining Giant Voice system audio files and uploading new files upon request.
- Providing emergency/on-call services when the system operates below 50% mission capable status (e.g., 2 of 3 CCUs inoperable or 8 of 16 sirens inoperable/inaudible), with an on-site response within 48 hours if issues cannot be resolved remotely.
