Purpose & Scope
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify interested offerors capable of performing EFI&T services for fiber optic cabling and radio system channel bank replacements. The project aims to support weather station, NavAid upgrades, and communications infrastructure across six buildings at JBLM. The scope includes:
- EFI&T of OSP/ISP single-mode fiber optic cabling (12 strands) from the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower to various locations including ILS, GATR, Base Ops, Command Post, and Weather Station.
- EFI&T of ISP SM ICF between telecommunications entrance facilities and equipment rooms.
- EFI&T of radio system channel bank replacements in six buildings.
- All work must comply with UFC 3-580-01, JBLM Design Standard Specification Section 33 82 00, and applicable industry standards.
