The contractor will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, water quality testing, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including NPDES permit requirements.

Scope of Work

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continuous operation and maintenance of the WWTP, including specific equipment like Sutorbilt blowers, ABS Piranha pumps, HACH SC4500 Controller, LDO Sensors, and pH/ORP Sensors.
  • Maintenance of 24,146 linear feet of water lines and 2,515 feet of 8-inch sewer lines.
  • Operation and maintenance of two 7,500-gallon RV wastewater holding tanks, including daily monitoring and disposal.
  • Implementation of a detailed Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) schedule.
  • Timely response to service calls (emergency, urgent, routine).
  • Extensive reporting, including monthly PMI summaries, service call reports, and lab results.
  • Personnel must include at least one South Carolina Group B-B (or higher) certified WWTP operator.
