Scope of Work
The project encompasses both repairs and maintenance for Tank 5. The scope includes:
Repairs (R):
- Replacement of the tank roof.
- Repair of issue piping, receipt piping, and low suction piping.
- Removal of mechanical tape gauge.
- Removal and replacement of spiral stairs.
- Repair of the stilling well and shell manholes.
- Re-installation of the tank ATG system.
- Replacement of tank chime sealant.
- Repair of the containment area, tank grounding, and weld spacing.
- Provision of a tank data plate.
Maintenance (M):
- Replacement of tank and piping coatings.
- Provision of tank strapping charts.
- Performance of a final API 653 inspection.
