- Serving as an authoritative subject matter expert (SME) on Catholic matters and religious instruction, endorsed by the AMS.
- Advising Government Chaplaincy personnel as the Catholic SME.
- Services must be performed by an ordained Catholic Priest endorsed by the AMS, with faculties accepted or granted by the AMS Archbishop. No priests presented by a third party will be endorsed.
