Scope of Work
The JOC covers diverse trades and disciplines for maintenance, repair, and minor construction, including but not limited to:
- Civil works, road repair, carpentry, roofing, excavation
- Electrical, steam fitting, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, fencing
- Incidental lead and asbestos abatement, demolition, concrete masonry, welding
- Incidental environmental clean-up
The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. The contractor must furnish all materials, equipment, and personnel, and maintain a management office on JBLM to manage Task Orders (TOs). Work involves providing, removing, disposing of, replacing, repairing, or modifying architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, or electrical features/systems of facilities, ranges, landscaping, or road work. Pricing for TOs will be based on RSMeans construction cost data and e4Clicks (CPG) using the contractor's coefficient.
