Scope of Work
The project requires the Contractor to Engineer, Furnish, Install, and Test (EFI&T) a replacement for the current Cisco Systems 15454 SONET Ring. The new system will be an Optical Transport Network (OTN) equipped with modules, referred to as the SONET Replacement System (SRS). This includes procurement and installation activities only, with no ongoing support or maintenance. The SRS will utilize the existing base fiber plant and will not be on the base network. The work spans eight (8) locations across JB MDL, including specific buildings on McGuire, Ft. Dix, and Lakehurst NAS. All EFI&T SRS equipment must be on the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Approved Products List (APL), and the contractor must provide a one-year warranty for hardware and software upgrades. Deliverables include As Built drawings, an Installation Plan, Training Materials, a Test Report, and a Test Plan.

Submission Requirements
Interested small businesses must submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 3 pages, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating their ability to provide the requested products. This documentation must include:
- Company Profile: Number of employees, office location(s), UEI number and/or Cage Code, and a statement identifying small business status.
- Relevant Experience: Within the last five years, including contract numbers, Government/Agency or firm point of contact (POC) with current telephone numbers.
