Purpose & Scope

Excluded are Type II (condensate/dish) hoods and steam hoods. Services will be performed according to specific frequencies (bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) for facilities such as Dining Facilities, Bowling Alleys, CDCs, Clubs, and Fire Stations. An emergency services CLIN is also included. Work in food preparation and servicing areas must be performed after the evening meal and completed before early morning meal preparation.
