Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary for meal provision. Key requirements, as detailed in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), include:
- Providing meals for approximately 75 cadets and 25 cadre between May 25 and June 12, 2026, with specific meal times detailed for June 8-12, 2026.
- Delivering and serving food at the Calumet Colosseum, 110 Red Jacket Road, Calumet, MI 49913.
- Setting up, managing serving lines (two required), providing heating equipment, and handling trash removal and sanitization of serving areas.
- Ensuring meals are ready 15 minutes prior to serving time and kept hot.
- Accommodating approximately 5 vegetarian meals per meal and visibly identifying any meals containing peanut butter.
- Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensuring professional conduct of personnel.
- Providing an onsite facility/operations manager.
