- Facilities: Provision of classrooms, command and control areas, a 24/7 EMT-staffed medical aid station, specialized rappelling/climbing structures, and an indoor facility for inclement weather. The contractor is responsible for all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, and materials. Performance standards require high ratings (no less than 95%) for facility cleanliness, meal delivery, and training quality.
