Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support for the JCLC event, including:
- Facilities & Lodging: Two nights of billeting for 144 Cadets and 20 Cadre/Chaperones, with separate facilities for male and female participants and for Cadets/Cadre. Lodging includes bunkhouses for Cadets and Cadre housing, plus a bungalow suite for the Camp Commander. Facilities must be 98% functional and habitable.
- Meals: A total of 7 meals per person, each including a primary entrée (with vegetarian option), three side dishes, fruit, salad, bread, dessert, and at least two beverage options. Meals must be served on time 95% of the time and be fit for consumption.
- Training Areas & Activities: Provision of instructional staff, space, facilities, and materials for activities such as rappelling (dedicated/permanent structure required), rock climbing, zip-line, high/low COPE, air rifle/BB gun range, archery, night/day hikes, and campfire pits. The curriculum should enhance leadership skills and personal development. Training personnel must be 100% trained, and equipment 96% serviceable/safe.
