Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, and 30 of SF 1449 and submit quotes via email to Beth Exzabe at beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil. Invoicing and payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering Price, Delivery, Proof of Authorized Distributorship, Proof of supply line as new items, and Award without discussions.
Additional Notes
Early delivery is accepted at no additional cost, and payment is authorized at the beginning of the period of performance. All interested parties must ensure their SAM registration is active, as processing updates may take several days. The government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
