Scope of Work
The required services include providing all necessary labor, tools, certified technicians, and specified OEM parts. Key repairs involve:
- Replacement of one (1) Swing Drive Hub (Part #1001248468).
- Replacement of one (1) Upper Lift Cylinder (Part #1001251004).
- Replacement of four (4) Wheel and Tire Assemblies (2x LH Part #1001207345, 2x RH Part #1001207346). All work must be completed within 14 calendar days of contract award, including final testing and cleanup.
Contractor Qualifications
Contractors must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, with specific experience on JLG or comparable aerial man lifts being highly desirable. All work must be performed by certified and/or factory-trained technicians, adhering to OSHA standards and utilizing necessary tools and diagnostic equipment.
