- CLIN 001: Cooling Tower B212 (Comfort): Replacement of an existing cooling tower with specific performance requirements (e.g., 35,000 CFM airflow, 396 GPM flow, 1,980,000 BTU/hr heat load), constructed from 304 Stainless Steel with VFDs and cottonwood filter screens.
- CLIN 002: Plating Shop Cooling Tower: Replacement of a 2-cell cooling tower with stringent specifications for Stainless Steel construction, VFDs, cottonwood filter screens, and freeze prevention heaters (min. 7,450,000 Btu/Hr heat load, 1500 gpm flow, 200,000 cfm airflow).
- CLIN 003: B222 Closed-Loop Chiller Components: Replacement of the exterior chiller and heat exchanger loop for Building 222's closed-loop system, utilizing a Glycol loop and external chiller/refrigerant loop.
- CLIN 004: Building Exhaust Fans: Replacement of existing exhaust fans in Building 212 (weld shop/foundry) with serviceable units accessible from the roof, similar to COOK ACRU-B models.
