This is a Pre-Priced multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide cable television services to Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) to include JBSA Fort Sam Houston, JBSA-Lackland and JBSA-Randolph military installations. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide television programming and incidental services as defined in Attachment 1-SOW-Cable Television Services to tenant Units on JBSA. All work shall comply with the requirements of the most recent versions of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/ Telecommunications Association (TIA) 568.4-D. Period of Performance: 02 September 2025 to 01 September 2030.Please refer to Attachment 2-Section L-Instructions, Conditions and Notice to Offerors for special instructions.
