Event Details

• Purpose: To provide the industrial base with insights into current acquisition challenges and future business prospects in medical supply and capital equipment, involving DLA Troop Support, Defense Health Agency, and other partners.
• Location: DoubleTree by Hilton, 2349 Marlton Pike West (Rt. 70W), Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.
• Dates: July 14-15, 2026.
• Cost: There is no fee to attend the event; however, all associated costs, including lodging, are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Registration & Logistics

• Lodging: Details for room block reservations will be sent via an automated email after registration, provided lodging is indicated as required.
• Deadlines: Event registration will close once attendance limits are met. Room block reservations close on June 29, 2026, at 5 PM Eastern Time, or earlier if fully booked.

Agenda Highlights (Tentative)

• Day 1: At-Large Talks and Open Networking
  • Repair Parts Logistics and Acquisitions: Discussions on providing repair parts support, contracting avenues, and seeking vendor input.
  • TAA and Regulatory Updates: Overview of Trade Agreements Act (TAA) application and regulatory tracking.
  • Cybersecurity and ATO processes: Updates on DHA's cybersecurity program and Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Day 2: Break-Out Sessions and Networking
  • Sessions for various Integrated Supply Teams (ISTs) including Diagnostic X-Ray, Turnkey Integrated Supply, Critical Care Integrated Supply, and Ft. Detrick Contracting. These will cover ordering processes, timelines, submission requirements, contract modification processes, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Discussions on OCONUS Locations and Particular Needs, and AI Needs in DoW Healthcare.
• Networking: Opportunities to connect with representatives from DLA Troop Support, DHA, and other agencies.
