- Day 1 (July 14): DLA/DHA partnership, cybersecurity and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and regulatory updates. A brainstorming session will focus on repair parts logistics and acquisitions, actively seeking vendor input on commercial best practices and solutions.
- Day 2 (July 15): Break-out sessions with various Integrated Supply Teams (ISTs) such as Diagnostic X-Ray, Turnkey Integrated Supply, Critical Care Integrated Supply, and Ft. Detrick Contracting. Topics will cover ordering processes, timeliness, submission requirements, contract modification, and upcoming opportunities. Specific areas of interest include OCONUS needs, ECAT ordering, life cycle management, and AI applications in DoW Healthcare.
