Scope of Work
The contract will provide comprehensive sustainment support for JPALS equipment, ensuring operability and maintainability through 2040. Key services include:

- Hardware support (repair, Tear-down, Test, and Evaluate - TT&E)
- Maintenance support
- Software Sustainment Activity (SSA) support
- In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) support
- Installation and integration support

- Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) support
Specific activities involve repairing Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), managing spares, supporting software sustainment and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), assisting with installation events, and providing technical direction.

Performance Standards & Requirements
Performance metrics include Repair of Repairable (RoR) within 270 calendar days, inventory reporting, and various monthly reports (CDRLs A001, A002, A010, A012, A013). Approximately 100% of the work will be performed at the contractor's site, with potential travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations including Fullerton, CA; San Diego, CA; Patuxent River, MD; Norfolk, VA; Italy; Japan; South Korea; and the United Kingdom.
Special requirements include U.S. citizenship (unless waived), a favorably adjudicated Tier-3 investigation, Secret DoD Security Clearance, compliance with NISPOM, CUI, and DD Form 254. The contractor must provide at least 1,800 sq ft of industrial space with HVAC and maintain specific IT compatibility. A Program Cybersecurity Implementation Plan (CSIP) is also required.
