Quick Summary

The U.S. Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) is soliciting proposals for Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC)-Instructor/Evaluator (I/E) and Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) support. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside for a Single Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders. The acquisition will be a competitive, best-value tradeoff. Proposals are due July 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.

Purpose & Scope

MARFORSOC requires support for its Assistant Chief of Staff (AC/S) G-3 Air/Fires division. This includes facilitating the MARFORSOC JTAC program and other Air/Fires mission sets, as well as assisting with Multi-Tactical Data Link Network (MTN) operations and Joint Domain Network (JDN) coordination within MARFORSOC’s theater of operations. The scope of work involves providing full-time qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for JTAC instruction, evaluation, qualification tracking, and MTN operations, along with necessary travel and procurement of equipment and training aids.
