Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted via email to caroline_bachelier@ios.doi.gov. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Required submittal items include:
- Completed and signed SF 1449.
- Acknowledged amendments (SF-30), if applicable.
- Completed Provisions (e.g., 52.204-24, 52.204-26).
- Submittal/cut sheet of the material being quoted.
- Completed PRICE SCHEDULE.
- Contractor Core Data (Name, Address, UEI, POC, Phone/Email).
- Bidders proposing alternative decorative boulders must include a photo of the material for evaluation.
Special Requirements
Deliveries will occur on-call in quantities determined by the Roads Maintenance Foreman, between May 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. Deliveries must be coordinated with at least two (2) weeks' notice whenever possible and are permitted Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM. All vehicles must undergo a weed-free inspection prior to park entry. Materials must meet specified quality standards, including cold mix asphalt and aggregate gradation requirements.
