Impediment to Competition
Textron Systems Corporation is identified as the only known source capable of fulfilling this requirement. The Government does not possess the necessary data, drawings, schematics, or other technical data to support competition. Textron has designed, manufactured, and sustained JSECST and its sub-assemblies for over 20 years, possessing the unique knowledge and technical data required.
