Statement of Work (SOW)

To secure meeting space and associated support services for a two-day, in-person Federal Student Aid (FSA) Hiring Fair in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area during July 2026.

• Provide a venue for prospective applicants to engage with hiring officials, attend informational sessions, and complete interviews.

• The venue must be located in Washington, D.C. or Northern Virginia, within a 5-10 minute walk to a Metro station, ADA compliant, and accessible by public transportation.

• Furnish labor, materials, equipment, and management for meeting rooms, audiovisual support, logistics coordination, furniture setup, internet connectivity, and janitorial services.

• Expo & Plenary Hall: 2,500 sq ft, capacity for 250 people, open floor plan with seating for 200, including screen/projection, audio support, podium, and microphone capability. Includes 6 double-wide booths, 12 skirted tables, and signage stands.

• Registration Space/Room: Located at the entrance for efficient check-in, with 2 skirted tables and waste baskets.

• Interview Rooms: Six private rooms, each accommodating 5-6 people with tables, seating, reliable Wi-Fi, electrical access, and adequate circulation space.

• Administrative Space: At least 1,000 sq ft for FSA/OHR staff, with access to a multifunction printer.

• Logistics Support: Site walkthrough, floor plans, room setup coordination, onsite operational support, and post-event closeout assistance.

• Deliverables: Site Walkthrough, Floor Layouts, Event Schedule, Technical Support Plan, Post Event Summary.
