• Provide resort-style lodging (AAA Travel Three or Four-Diamond Rated or equivalent) for up to 28 attendees (25 participants and 3 staff).

• This includes either 28 single rooms or 12 double rooms with 1 single room for staff.

• Provide meals in accordance with specified requirements for Day 1 Dinner, Day 2 Breakfast, Day 2 Dinner, and Day 3 Breakfast.
