1. The USAF MH-139A Program Office request a proposal for the procurement and delivery of Jupiter Avionics Corporation JA39-001 and JA 39-017 low impedance headset adapters. The total quantity request is 180 JA39-001 low impedance headset adapters and 80 JA39-017 low impedance headset adapters delivered to three separate locations. Quantities listed are per individual adapter.
2. Delivery, partial deliveries are acceptable, and full delivery is required no later than 6-12 weeks after contract award with the following quantities for three separate shipping locations.
- A quantity of (92) JA39-001 and (66) JA39-017 low impedance headset adapters shall be delivered to Attn: TSgt Jared Reynolds, 7505 Saber Rd Bldg: 1250 FE Warren AFB, WY 82007.
- A quantity of (8) JA39-001 adapters shall be delivered to Attn: Joshua Cowart, 315 East Selfridge Street BLDG 1036 Maxwell AFB, AL 36112.
- A quantity of (80) JA39-001 and (14) JA39-017 low impedance headset adapters shall be delivered to Attn: Maj Brandon Rice, 321 Flightline Dr Minot AFB ND, 58705.
