Justification / Evaluation

CyberFEDS is identified as the sole provider due to its unique, proprietary content and features not available elsewhere. The contracting officer will determine the anticipated cost to be fair and reasonable based on market research, including comparisons with previous purchases, current price lists, and independent government estimates.
Additional Notes
The PBGC has contracted with the current provider since 2009, and market conditions regarding the uniqueness of CyberFEDS content remain unchanged. The agency will continue efforts to identify other vendors who may be able to provide similar services in the future.
