Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a comprehensive digital solution encompassing:
- K-12 Instructional Resources: COTS, 100% digital materials aligned with DoWEA’s College and Career Ready Standards (CCRS) and adopted alternative assessments. Resources must include differentiated lessons, activities, and materials for functional math, reading, social studies, science, motor skills, emotional/social development, communication, and functional writing.
- Transition Education: Age- and developmentally appropriate materials for K-12 students focusing on household management, personal finances, career awareness, postsecondary education, independent living, and community participation.
- Professional Learning: Quarterly product training and annual synchronous webinars for teachers, covering instruction, data collection, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
- Technical Support: Industry-standard support for digital resources, with acknowledgment within two hours and resolution within one to five business days.
- Transition and Data Migration Plan: Development of plans for entry and exit transitions, including timelines, costs, risk mitigation, and data security.
