Amendment / Modification

This document is an Addendum to a License Agreement or Terms of Use, intended to be submitted with a proposal in response to a solicitation. • Audit: Contractor audit rights of Government use are not permitted for security reasons. Government may conduct self-audits at its discretion.

• User obligations: Government users are not bound by terms obligating users. "You" or "User" refers to the Government itself.

This Addendum modifies the terms of the License Agreement submitted with the proposal. It supersedes any conflicting terms within the License Agreement or other contractor terms.
