Solicitation SPE600-16-R-0507 will be issued to acquire Contractor-owned, Contractor-operated services to receive, store, and ship
Aviation Turbine Fuel Grade TS-1 and DF2/Diesel by Tank Truck. As required, the Service Provider (SP) shall inject additives to re-grade
product to TS-1 on outbound shipments within a 50 mile radius of Kabul Afghanistan. Approximately 182,000 barrels will be due immediately upon award. A minimum of two storage tanks required: 172,000 barrels (Grade TS-1) and 10,000 barrels (Diesel Fuel, Grade DF2) fill capacities. The storage shall be interconnected and isolated from other facilities and products handled within the tank farm. The contractor's facility shall have the capability to filter product while being transferred from tank to tank.
