Scope of Work
The USAF is seeking capabilities for a range of maintenance services for the KC-135R/T fleet (estimated 375-350 aircraft). Potential services include:
- Depot Level Maintenance: Scheduled and unscheduled, including drop-in maintenance/repair.
- Aircraft Inspections: Scheduled inspections.
- Component Repair: Engine and Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) repair.
- Intermediate & Organizational Level Repairs.
- Modification Installs: Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level.
- Worldwide Support: Contract Field Team (CFT) and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support.
- Deployment Support: Launch/recovery and field level maintenance. Contractors will not be responsible for supply or parts repair and must establish relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for data and technical support. Estimated annual requirements include ~12 Unplanned Depot Level Maintenance (UDLM), ~15 CFT, and ~30 Modifications.
