This Request for Quote (RFQ) W50S98-26-Q-0004 is for the custom-built manufacturing of a KC-97 conference table. The table is intended to serve as a heritage piece in the new MX conference room, honoring unit history and pride.

• Dimensions: Must not exceed 17 feet in length and 8 feet in width. The table should be a 2-section unit with a center union, incorporating 1/2 aircraft fabric with silver paint consistent with the original KC-97 aircraft.

• Construction: Must be built in two sections with a center union, featuring aluminum ribs and a spar painted in factory green zinc chromate.

• Finish: Covered with aircraft fabric and painted silver. Includes a 2-section glass top (3/8" polish smooth edge, 8.5' x 42").

• Support: Supported by three silver-colored aluminum legs. Authentic rudders should be used where possible, with custom-made ribs for adequate leg room.

• Delivery: Pack and ship in a safe shipping crate. Must include delivery, installation, assembly, and setup at McGhee Tyson ANGB. Unassembled pieces must fit through 36-inch doorways. Delivery and installation to be completed within 90 days of award.

• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price.

• Quote Due Date: 19 May 2026, 10:00 am Eastern Time.

• Offer Acceptance Period: Offers must be valid until at least 30 September 2026.

• Evaluation: Contract award will be based on the lowest price. The Government may award without discussions.
