• Evaluation Criteria:

• Invoicing: Must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Stephanie.a.garity@uscg.mil. Invoices for this award are to be submitted as Non-PO in IPP.

• Vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov prior to award.

• This procurement is conducted on a brand name basis.

• If unable to meet the required delivery date, indicate the earliest possible delivery date.

• All deliveries are to be made Monday through Friday between 8 am and 1 pm.
