Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide US Government personnel with base life support, transportation, and interpreter services in Malaysia.

This PWS outlines requirements for non-personal services including:

• Base Life Support: Portable latrines, showers, hand wash stations, water tanks, black water removal, laundry, ice, refrigeration, lighting, power generation, air conditioning, fans, tentage, material handling equipment, sandbags, tables, chairs, furniture, and trash/waste/hazmat storage and removal.
• Transportation: Buses, vans, pick-up trucks, and box trucks with drivers.
• Interpreters: Services for translation between Malaysia and English, including basic, specialized, and simultaneous interpretation.

The contractor must be flexible to changes in performance periods, quantities, and services.

• Performance will be evaluated based on the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) are 100% for all performance objectives.
