Scope of Work
The government seeks contractors to provide wall-mounted key boxes with specific features and quantities for various departments:
- Key Box Features: Plunge style fobs for individual key security, proximity card access (ideally PIV cards) with PIN backup, photo-taking capability upon access, key access restrictions based on user roles/time, and backup power supply. Maximum dimensions are 46" H x 27" W x 11"D.
- Quantities by Department:
- SCM: One box for a minimum of 64 key sets.
- FM: Two boxes (one for min. 32 keys, one for min. 96 keys or 60 sets).
- EMS: Two boxes, each for a minimum of 128 key sets.
- Police: One box for a minimum of 96 key sets.
- Services: Contractor will provide installation and all necessary materials. Deliverables and installation must be scheduled no later than 90 days after contract award.
