Scope of Work
The requirement involves comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the SFUWO Schoolhouse's permanently installed air system. This includes semi-annual air purity tests, 18-month compressor efficiency tests, annual synthetic oil changes, and diagnosis/unplanned service repairs. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and labor. All work must comply with the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) mandated Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and manufacturer specifications. Emergency services may be required with a 48-hour on-site response for diagnosis/repair.

Key Requirements & Submission
Respondents must be factory authorized Bauer sales and service distributors for the Key West, Florida area, possess advanced technical training, and verified qualifications specific to Bauer Air Compressors and Seccant Filtration systems. The PWS also requires NAVSEA certification and proof of historical work on these systems within the last two years. Interested sources must submit documentation including:
